What are we nominated for?
The clinic holds 2026 nominations in four editions: White Bear Lake/Vadnais Heights, Quad Community Press, The Citizen, and the Shoreview Press. The nominations cover Best Orthopedic Clinic, Best Orthopedic Doctor/Surgeon, and Best Healthcare Facility, depending on the edition. Dr. Christopher Phillips and Dr. Melanie Johnson are both named in the doctor category in the White Bear Lake/Vadnais Heights edition.

Our patients drive these nominations, plain and simple. A nomination in this contest comes from readers writing in the businesses they trust, so every ballot with our name on it started with someone we’ve cared for. We treat foot and ankle problems all day, from heel pain and ingrown toenails to fractures, wound care, and surgery, and it’s humbling to see that work recognized by the community. Thank you.
How does the voting work?
Press Publications lets each reader vote up to one time per day for the length of the voting window. Voting happens online, and it’s open 24/7 during each contest. Dr. Christopher Phillips, born and raised in White Bear Lake, has led the practice since September 2014, and the provider team includes Dr. Melanie Johnson along with several other doctors.
