Our clinic is conveniently located at 4520 Centerville Rd. in White Bear Lake. We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and proudly serve patients throughout White Bear Lake, Mahtomedi, Hugo, Forest Lake, Vadnais Heights, and the surrounding northeast metro.
