White Bear Foot & Ankle Clinic is heading to Sandstone for the Lions Family Health Expo on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Dr. Christopher Phillips and Dr. Veasna Srey will be on-site providing free foot and ankle health screenings at Pine Healthcare Campus.
The expo runs from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. at 705 Lundorff Drive, Sandstone, MN. All screenings and health information are free and open to the public.
What Can You Expect at the Foot and Ankle Screening?
Our podiatrists can check for common issues that often go unnoticed: early signs of diabetic foot problems, heel pain, nerve-related discomfort, and structural concerns. A quick screening can catch small problems before they turn into bigger ones.
White Bear Foot & Ankle already sees patients at our Sandstone location inside Essentia Health, so this is a great chance for community members to meet our providers in a relaxed, no-appointment-needed setting.
What Else Is Happening at the Expo?
The Lions Family Health Expo offers a full lineup of free health screenings and resources beyond foot and ankle care:
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood typing
- Children’s hearing and vision screening
- Mental health and behavioral health resources
- Alzheimer’s and dementia information
- Veterans services
- Weight loss resources
- Lions Childhood Cancer information
- On-site vaccines (provided by Thrifty White Pharmacy)
- 3D mammogram screening (funding available for uninsured or underinsured participants; call 218-786-4427 to schedule)
A second day runs Wednesday, October 28 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. with fasting cholesterol screening, A1C testing, vitamin D, B-12, and PSA tests. A light breakfast will be available.
The expo is organized by local Lions Clubs with support from the District 5M8 Lions Foundation, North Pine Area Hospital District, Thrivent Financial, Casey’s, and Kwik Trip.
